Mortgage Loan Originator

Our company is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Loan Officer. We're looking for an individual interested in taking on the responsibility of approving and originating for our company's customers, as well as assisting them with financial planning and implementing policies. The successful candidate for this position will have a background in sales and finance and should be capable of working with a team to meet their goals effectively. 

Applicants should be highly motivated, goal, and detail-oriented professionals driven to succeed. This is a commission-paid position. Qualifications 

  • Active mortgage loan originator's license (Required) 

  • 1+ years' experience as an FL, TX or GA licensed MLO 

  • Must be driven, motivated, self-starter with a history of sales success 

  • Experience in proactively soliciting and sourcing new business thru realtors, social media, and networking 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to earn a high income 

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of mortgage programs and processes 

  • Familiarity with MS Office, LOS, and CRM Software 

  • People and communication skills, ability to maintain client relationships 

  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze financial information.
